Mr. Beitdashtoo has extensive experience in the
sales and delivery of software and services to
Global 1000
firms worldwide. His background reflects a record of significant
achievements and contributions in managing and leading a broad range
of e-business activities in both a strategic and operational capacity.
Prior to joining Mitratech Mr. Beitdashtoo was Senior Vice
President for Business Strategy at Hummingbird Corporation with
responsibility for the company's Corporate Business Strategy, Global
Strategic Alliances, Worldwide Professional Services and Analytic
Application Solutions. During his tenure, Mr. Beitdashtoo helped
engineer several major acquisitions which transformed Hummingbird into
a major player in the Enterprise Software marketplace.
Prior to
Hummingbird, Mr. Beitdashtoo served as Vice President of
Professional Services at Cognos, culminating a l6-year career with
that company. His background also includes positions with Alexander
Grant & Company (Grant Thornton LLP) and Arthur Andersen. Mr.
Beitdashtoo has established a reputation as a versatile senior
executive with a demonstrated capacity to build and lead successful,
sustainable businesses based on solid fundamentals, ethics, integrity,
honor and trust. Mr. Beitdashtoo's holds Bachelors and Masters of
Science Degrees in Computer Science.
Eric Peters, Private Investor
Mr.
Peters has over 14 years
experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a Software
Development company including, VP Sales & Marketing, COO, CFO, Product
and Project Management, Programming, and Quality Assurance. He was
the co-founder of Plaid Brothers Software, a software company
that provided software for the brokerage industry. He was responsible
for various areas in the company as the company grew from a 2 person
to a 100-person company and later was acquired by Sungard Data
Systems. Eric has an honorable discharge from the US Marine Corps and
holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of
Massachusetts.
S. Ramesh,
is the
founder and President of Philosopher's Stone Ventures, LLC.
Ramesh is the founder and President of
Philosopher's Stone Ventures, LLC. He is an experienced Chief
Technology Officer, Chief Software Architect, and a successful
entrepreneur. He is also an active investor in early stage technology
companies, and a prominent member of angel investment clubs, including
the Tech Coast Angels (TCA), and the Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE); and is
an advisor for GKM Ventures. He has a great deal of experience in
early stage venture capital, technology incubation, distributed
enterprise computing, biotechnology, telecommunications and financial
software platforms. Mr. Ramesh currently sits on the board of five
companies in the internet infrastructure and enterprise software
spaces. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on technology investment
and early stage funding in entrepreneurial conferences in southern
California.
George
White, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Intel Corp.
George is
thought of by many as one of the ‘Fathers of Technology’ in Orange
County. He Co-founded and ran
Corollary, Inc., from “two guys in a garage” until it was acquired
by Intel, now called their Advanced Chipset Division. Three years
after introduction, the Profusion chip which he helped develop, is
still largest revenue source for Intel’s Advanced Chipset Division. He
also managed to beat “Intel marketing machine” message that 8-CPU chip
set was impossible and unnecessary, convincing the industry of vision
and Compaq, Hitachi and Samsung to be co-development partners. George
was also a finalist in Orange County Entrepreneur-of-the-Year and an
MIT grad.

Andrew is

Kenneth Lilley has been

Greenberg is a partner in the Orange County office of Preston Gates &

Bart

distribution and information technology. Bart's practice has
